Food Matters is a hard-hitting, fast-paced look at whether the food we eat is nourishing us or making us sick. Despite the billions of dollars of funding and research into new so-called cures, we continue to suffer chronic illness and everyday aches and pains. Our unhealthy, overindulgent diets are harming our bodies and overburdening the healthcare system. Food Matters speaks with several international experts in nutrition, naturopathy and traditional medicine who claim that we're harming our health with improper nutrition, and point to the importance of organic food and improvements in food safety. Food Matters argues that the right foods, plus dietary supplements and other alternative therapies, can be cheaper, less harmful and more effective than traditional medical cures. You'll find out what works, what doesn't and what's making you sick. 80 minutes.

This video has changed my life, my husband's life, and the entire way we look at how we eat and what we eat.
Excellent information delivered in a no nonsense, easy to understand method. I showed this video to my Biology 12 students... talk about a hard audience to please... and they LOVED it! My students still comment on the information they learned and I have noticed a new awareness in all of them about what they are choosing to eat and how it is affecting their health and their emotional well-being. Amazing stuff! Highly recommended!
