This book really changed the way that I thought about eating. Eating according to the seasons is typically a very Eastern ideology that is just now spreading to the west. I recommend that you take Marcoux' ideas into account, which have actually been practiced for thousands of years. It goes beyond just eating "hot" foods in the winter and "cold" foods in the summer.

It's about delivering healthy nutrition to your own body that will drive you towards success. Four Seasons Ayurveda: Give Your Body What it Needs During Each Season is about providing your body with what it actually NEEDS (not wants).

I recommend this read to anyone that is ready to change the way that they think about eating, living and breathing. The book is thought-provoking, insightful, and a little bit spicy.

Four Seasons Ayurveda is worth the read.

I thought it would have some Ayurveda recipes for food, but instead it had all kinds of recipes. Not really for food but for all kinds of other things. Facial scrubs, face and hand creams, moisturizers and soaps. Plus it explains Ayurveda in a way I understood.....
