So, we are trying to get ready for the camping season. We open several boxes to find various plastic items we stored away last year are crushed or broken. How convenient! So in a bid to stave off frustration miles from no where and have everything packed away in good condition at the end of the season, stay that way after storage and packing up for the new season, we opted to go stainless on a few things. (see my review for the pancake dispenser..)

Hence why I bought these little gems.

So they arrived in the usual prompt way, neatly packaged in a nice box along with some other items, hurriedly dropped off by an overworked shipping guy.

So I give them a look and I am pleased, they will do just fine. Especially for the price. I find them to be sturdy enough and they nest well. The plastic coloured handles are a nice plus and they look like they will stay on.

After I bought them I thought I might be able to find something cheaper at a dollar store, but was glad I couldn't, It makes me think I am the mighty shopper who came home with a good kill not found anywhere else...

I think you'll like them.

These measuring cups are perfect!! I love the colour coded handles because it's an extra feature to help differentiate the sizes, plus it's more visual appealing to me than pure silver. After reading a few of the reviews, I was expecting the product to feel flimsy but I wouldn't say it's flimsy at all and rather sturdy but it is lightweight and not as hefty as other stainless steel measuring cups I've seen at stores, but the lightweight is what makes this measuring cup perfect for me! I was so happy to find these available on Amazon at a much cheaper price too than what I could find at the stores, a whooping $10 cheaper. I would definitely recommend!
I love them, and am glad I no longer have to worry about trying to find BPA-free plastic measuring cups.

The way these measuring spoons are shaped is perfect for getting into slimmer containers, like those little spice bottles in the spice aisle. Very sturdy stainless steel. The only thing I'd want is sturdier handles. The spoon head is soldered onto two seemingly sturdy stainless steel columns (very hard wires, essentially) as a handle. These handles aren't all that comfy when you're trying to scoop through heavier stuff like mollasses, and I'm worried they'll eventually warp or bend. If they were a solid single handle, at least partway down the length of the handle, I think it'd be sturdier and more comfortable for the hands, while leaving a large loop for the keyring.

These are perfect for my baking friends. So often we just want to add a tiny bit of a spice or new extract. Adding Less at first is always better because a flavor could be overwhelming. This way, a person has some sort of measure. I've read complains that there are no measurements on these. Of course there are... a dash, smidge, and so on. A 1/4 of teaspoon can be too much. That is the point of these. Plus, they are simply charming because our Mom's and Grandma's tended to cook with a bit of this and that... and they knew how to measure out without formal measurements. Charm and usefulness.... 5 stars.

Bought to replace my plastic measuring cup. They work fine, but are a little lower quality that I'd hoped. These are made of very thin metal (I thought they would be a little more substantial). The handles are welded to the side of the cup. They seem solidly attached now, and I'm hoping they don't loosen over time. The 1 cup has marks on the side for mL; the other cups have no additional markings.

I've used them over a year, and they've served they're purpose. I do prefer them to my old plastic cups as I worry less about flavors staying in the plastic. They aren't top quality, but they're good enough (it's a measuring cup, not a rocket ship). I think sacrificing a little quality for a lower price was an alright decision.

The cups themselves are fairly sturdy and the colorful handles are nice.
But the metal of the handles is flat, thin metal. A little curvature like on some cheaper measuring cups would have strengthened them quite a bit. As is, they bend even when measuring flour.
