HASH(0xa21f20cc) out of 5 stars free style April 27 2010

an uplifting coming of age film with a multi racial cast that should appeal to all age groups.. i was particularly impressed with the three stars and would single out sandra echeverria.sandra played the "love interest" with an intelligence and energy that was superlative. while not a particular fan of motorcyle racing the film was fast moving and charascter driven.. madison pettis was adorable as usual and corbin bleu showed why he is a teenage heart throb.
this is a film that should appeal to all family members..

HASH(0x9fa16a74) out of 5 stars New Role for Bleu Feb. 24 2010
By K. Tucker - Published on Amazon.com

Corbin's new movie, Free Style is a fantastic movie for fans who want to see Bleu in a role different from his usual Disney roles. In this movie, you really get a feel for how he is in a movie "indie" film setting and I for one enjoyed it! It a movie with a great moral that is perfect for family viewing or just for a fan of his who wants to see a new kind of work. A definite must have for any collection! Free Style delivers!

I watched this movie as I thought the young people were entertaining and that was what I found. I enjoyed the storyline and watch it repeatedly over the year that I have had it. So hard to find movies with family type of messages of love and respect and how to live a morally better life. Get out the pop-corn and butter enjoy the movie another good one.
HASH(0x9fb28fa8) out of 5 stars Great Tween movie for boys and girls! Feb. 1 2010
By Cherise Kachelmuss - Published on Amazon.com
Format: DVD
Okay so honestly I watched this movie with my 12 year old sister and it was pretty good, she loved it of course. Now the only thing I know about Corbin Bleu was that he was in High School Musical, and but I haven't seen that series yet so I didn't know what to expect.

"Free Style" is a tween movie where Corbin Bleu's character is a motorcross racer in a small town where instead of the typical football-town, they are a Motor Cross town. Raised by a single mother with a little sister, Cale (Bleu) is competiting for a spot on a National Racing Team. The movie is 90 minutes of typical drama from a tween movie, but it does have exciting motorcross stunts. It also has obvious twists, but I am also thinking too much into it, where a kid is just going to enjoy the movie! I am also always a sucker for teen love and tween drama. I also think it is a great family movie, especially when there are so few choices that are great for boys and girls that are rated PG.

I was given a DVD screener to review. This review is 100% my opinion and has not been edited or reviewed by anyone. I was not compensated in any other way for this product review.

I liked this movie because there was no nudity, or cussing. Nice to see brother and sister love instead of fighting one another all of the time. I was glad the way it ended. He deserved her and she deserved him. It's funny how life turns out. It seems to always turn out much quicker though on the screen. In real life, for some, it takes years and years to meet up with that very special someone and it is not one sided. It's nice to know that there are still a few Police Officers out there that put themselves in your shoes, when you have made a mistake, and not throw you in jail, but sees the good in you, and takes that chance in giving you another chance. It always comes back to you, which it did for him.
