I got this book on Amazon after my mother in law wanted me to try some gluten free recipe books. Out of the three I ordered as a pkg this one is my favourite. There are a few things I hate to do and breakfast is one of them because I get sick of eggs to very quickly, however the 5 minute "bagel" is super delicious and I make it often. I've also made a w of the chocolate cakes and have had success with it as well. Even my hubby enjoyed the cake when I made it for a quick 6 month married celebrations for him and I.
Recipes are simple and quick to make and they are good to eat. I will be be trying more recipes when I find the book again... I think I lent it out 6 months ago and forgot to who and that makes me sad :(

If you are new to gluten free or have living this way for a while now, you will still enjoy the secrets and speed of this great book. Everything I have tried has produced quick and tasty results. The best way is the single serving. No waste and no freezer burn. The price of the book is roughly equal to the cost of one expensive, freezer burned, loaf of GF bread, why not try to make your own?

This is by far the best Gluten Free baking book I have found. Guten Free baking tends to dry out quickly in my house since the Gluten Free baking is for only one person. This book has many good receipes for smaller items that can be made up quickly and with good results.

Many recipes have 2 versions, or they are similar to another in the book, so not as many different recipes as I had hoped. But it is convenient to make things in the microwave in small dishes and most results are as good as full size GF recipes.
