HASH(0xa2b5787c) out of 5 stars Title says it all Sept. 30 2012

I'm new to gluten free and was somewhat intimidated by all the "special" ingredients in most GF foods. I love that this book uses all of the same basic ingredients (for baked items) so you're not having to buy new items for each recipe. We have made 4 recipes so far in the past couple of weeks from this book and every single one of them has been WONDERFUL!!! The 4 we've tried are Homemade Sandwich Bread (my daughter said this was better than regular bread), Homemade Pizza crust, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies & Peanut Butter Cookies. It also has recipes I may never try, just because I'm not to "exotic" with my cooking, but there is enough variety to be completely worth the money spent on this cookbook.

This book has lots of good information besides the recipes. I'm still having a hard time wrapping my mind around no more "real" breads but this has some good sounding recipes.

There were some odd meals. I use it more for the information in the front of the book about nutrition, etc

Recently diagnosed as having an issue with gluten. I found his book helpful as one of many in my library.
