Easy to clean (dishwasher top rack) and it looks and feels solid. I downloaded the 50 free recipes and tried the sweet potato fries and chicken tenders. The fries were awesome (see photo above). The tenders ok - but I did not have Cajun powder so I improvised. I will be using this pan often ... and it fits nicely in the stove's bottom drawer. I ordered the large pan .. any family of more than 2 people should order the largest one.

Ok, so I completely blame myself for this one. I purchased this item, and it works as intended...however, I do find it to be very small. It came in a few different sizes and even though I saw 13"x11" (the medium size listed) for some reason I thought that it would be bigger. In any case...very good product, non-stick, and very easy to clean, but it would be worth buying the largest size offered.

I’ve bought quite a few of these products, indeed I replaced all my cookware with them. This is the only only I’m seriously disappointed in. After just one use I noticed that the coating was coming off the mesh. There are now some bare silver metal parts. Likewise the drip tray underneath. Just stroking with a damp cloth took some of the coating off. There are also large parts of the pan which have carbonised food baked on, or perhaps baked in, that won’t shift. Soaking, nylon brush, nothing removes it, except one or two areas where my fingernail seems to work. I’d suggest that the best way to use this is to put some aluminium foil as a tray liner, but really that’s defeating the object.

The photo is after 4 uses. The underlying metal also rusts fast.

The only reason I did not give this 5 stars is that the upper tray tends to slide on the lower tray and you have to be careful when taking it out of the oven. However, have used it for air frying fries and chicken, and it works great! Cleans up easily.
