Product description

Review

"This is a joy of a book; reading it is like eating a multi-course banquet prepared by a great chef. I enjoyed every delicious morsel. So will you." Claire Rayner - "A unique insight into the day-to-day running of an hotel." Anton Mosimann - "If a casting director was searching for a paradigm of the perfect 'hotelier', he would select Ronald Jones for the role. His half century of hotel experience is great reading." Stanley Marcus --This text refers to an out of print or unavailable edition of this title.
