Geräte bestellt, ausgepackt, angeschlossen. Anleitung gefolgt und die IP des Geräts im Browser aufgerufen. Login Fenster erscheint, jedoch ist ein Login trotz richtiger Daten nicht möglich – auch mit den anderen Geräten probiert. X-Versuche ausprobiert, Lösung im Internet gesucht: keine Lösung, Hersteller versucht zu kontaktieren: funktioniert nicht, auch einen deutschen Grandstream Distributor angerufen: keine Auskunft, wenn die Geräte nicht direkt bei denen bestellt wurden, Amazon Support: Überfordert, keine Ahnung von den Produkten, eine Lösung konnte nicht gefunden werden. Es blieb nur die Rücksendung der Geräte. Wir sind nun zu SNOM gewechselt. Denn wenn ich eine mögliche Grandstream Problematik für die Zukunft betrachte, so wäre ein vernünftiger Support nicht gewährleistet gewesen. Kurzum, nicht empfehlenswert.
