Easy to install.
Issue #1: The LED lights do not show when the system is down. If our PBX goes down, the Cisco phones would go amber. This one does nothing.
Issue #2: We use a comma after digits 4 and 8 for an outside line. The comma gives us a second dial-tone. It works fine unless you do not pick up the receiver or press the speakerphone button. If you key in the number 49971221 where 4 is the outside line key, and then press speakerphone the phone says, "These digits are not found in the dial plan". Yet if I pick up the receiver and get a dial tone, press 4 get a second dialtone, and then 9971221, the call goes through. Once again, this works fine with the Cisco phones but not with this GXP2140.
Both of these issues can be fixed through firmware adjustments. I'm hoping that happens. If the bugs are fixed I will provide a future update and change my star rating.
******** DECEMBER 28, 2015 UPDATE ********
There have been a few firmware updates. I've actually sent a complaint in to Grandstream about the second dial tone not working and they said they fixed it. I installed the version of firmware and it only works intermittently.
Outstanding Issues:
BLF lights do not show when the system is down.
Second Dial Tone when dialling a code for an outside line does not work most of the time.

FUNCIONANDO 100%
It will not allow the phone updates from RingCentral's servers. It will not pull the firmware required for RingCentral's features. Users with manually provisioned phones will not be able to use Presence. And phones manually provisioned will not have softkeys for Paging and Intercom, which is a function I need for our remote gate opener, watched over by our compatible Grandstream CCTV camera. This is a crying shame as the phone is really great and just what I needed. Now I have to buy a phone that I don't want, pay more money than I need to, and wait for it to be delivered. So beware, don't do what I did, and check out the models your VOIP provided will auto-provision before buying. Hopefully for you, in your case it will include a Grandview GXP2140.
LATER: When I was packing up the box to send back to Amazon, I found a card from Yay.com -- who support Grandstream fully -- and started I asked myself "why am I doing this?" Why was I going to return a super phone with all the functions and features I needed, at a super price, in order to accept a poor substitute and pay almost double? So I decided I wouldn't. I am going to take my new Grandstream GXP 2140 to Yay for a free trial, and hopefully live happily ever after. :-)
