Less than 2 months in and it's STICKING!

I'd love this pan if it was better quality. The size is great, heat distribution is great,...love the cover. But under 2 months and this is what happens?! Not acceptable for what has been promised and for the price.

I've taken care of it. I've used non-abrasive soap, made sure there is always some water or oil on the bottom...all the good stuff. But now even braised cabbage sticks to the bottom. Eggs are definitely a no no.

So it worked really well for the first mont and now it's down hill. I'm emailing the manufacture. I'll update the review if there are any changed.

As long as it is a healthier option then I am happy with it. I add a little olive oil or butter to grease them up before cooking. There's still minor sticking but nothing ridiculous. I anticipated minor sticking, nothing is completely non-stick. It arrived with a little chip on the bottom of the cooking surface, gradually it's gotten slightly larger. I emailed the seller about the concern. Unfortunately their response ended up in my junk mail and I didn't notice until several months later. I always wondered how that would've gone though.

I was a little nervous about durability but the lining has held up well. This pan sees heavy use (as evidenced by the under side photo. and yet I can still clean the non stick coating to a perfect shine with no effort at all. Typical rules apply: no metal utensils on the surface but I’ve use an sos pad to clean with no issue.

Awesome the first few uses! Do not stick, very easy to clean, great color and cooks amazing
After a few uses and washes (hand wash only), it starts to chip and scratch (nothing sharp used), food starts to stick more and color underneath starts to fade.
If it would have stayed the same as a mont or two ago when started using, it would have been a 5 star for sure

It started out wonderful...but has now warped...despite never running cold water it when It was hot. Also being very careful in cleaning the pan...disappointed that it has lost a lot of of nonstick surface.
Just after receiving ours...I saw the exact same pan at Walmart...discounted to $15😝

This pan is amazing for making eggs! I don’t have to use very much oil and my eggs are perkier and have an improved texture. I imagine it would also be great for searing cause it gets really hot. This pan is not great for stewing anything like taco meat, it’s too non stick if there’s such a thing. But overall I love it for what my intended purpose was. I read the non stick doesn’t last too long tho, I’m waiting to comment further on that.

This pan has been amazing for 8 months. However, although I’ve taken care of it according to their instructions, it’s lost it’s non stick and it will not come clean. Now, no mater how much oil I use, everything sticks. I’ve contacted green pan and have not received a response. I would expect this to last longer than 8 months.

These ceramic pans are awesome. It's really true that they don't stick and you can wipe out the pan after you've cooked and it won't look like it was ever used. I have no negatives on this pan! It cost a little more, but it's worth it. You don't need spray on it, just a very little oil and if you keep the heat lower, you may not even need that.

I have only used this pan a few times and the handles are already melting. Whenever I use it now there is a strong smell of burning plastic. I bought this pan as I am health conscious and was attracted to the ceramic coating and how it is advertised as a healthy pan. Not only am I now inhaling plastic every time I use it but the ceramic coating has also scratched, exposing the aluminium underneath.
