More than just a book to "read". This book is a resource full of useful and thought provoking exercises to shift your perspective and gather your strengths. Worth taking the time to work through it. I know I will be using it again and again.

This is a book for strong people who know they need to be stronger...especially in the midst of the pandemic, which is exhausting and debilitating. The author provides exercises that can help you discover pockets of resilience you might not know you have. She also gives something akin to strength training for the spirit. It’s important to do the exercises as you go through it to get the full benefits of this brilliant book.
