First, the worst. I cannot believe how lousy the chime quality is for a highly rated alarm. The volume needs to be full blast to hear it (from a central location) in the house. Hey Guardline, spend another five cents for a decent transducer. Unacceptable. Second, it’s absolutely ridiculous with current technology that the sensor must be near the receiver to ‘pair’ for chime change. Good thing is the sensor seems to be, at this point, fairly reliable with motion detection. If this driveway alarm was for use on my yard, i would send it back and get an Optex brand just like the one i bought ten years ago. Better everything.
