This book is an excellent resource for healthy long lasting change. It gives more then just quick fixes but explains health in a totally new way. A lot of people do no think of health as a lifestyle but this book shows that health is just not about diet. It truly encompasses everything we all should be more aware of, including sleep and mental health. The writer is also encouraging and relatable. Highly recommended.
Incredibly well written. She's thought of everything and it's beautifully laid out. This is for anyone who is serious about their total health. I suspect this could turn into The Health Bible! Shawna clearly has a desire to help people on their path to a long and happy life.
