HASH(0xa0579ad4) out of 5 stars What a mistake buying this! June 17 2013

SOund quality is worse that I imagined. I admit my expectations were low, as I bought this just to see my friends faces as a toy.
But that would actually help the product as low expectations only help not being disappointed.
I was tremendously disappointed when I realized I could barely hear others. Worse for the other side, people almost can't hear me.

DO NOT BUY!!!! Do not support a terrible product.
I want my money back!

HASH(0xa0579cfc) out of 5 stars Awesome! (once they're working) Jan. 21 2014

I did have to get two pairs of these gloves, because the first pair didn't work. We got them connected to a phone once, but then they stopped working. I had them plugged in for hours and they seemed to be charging, but they wouldn't turn on at all. So, I returned them (which I suggest for everyone who is having trouble, if you did buy them through amazon, they have a great and easy return policy) and got the replacement that works great! I got them charged up, and turned on, and connected to bluetooth, and answered a call! The sound is good, especially considering it's coming out of your thumb, and the sound was great on the other end of the call too.

There are a couple things that are not my favorite: The buttons can be hard to find underneath the fabric, as you can imagine the fabric slips around on the plastic thing inside, and the buttons themselves are not the most intuitive. Who would think to press a red 'x' to turn something on?

Overall, I really recommend these, they are so much fun! They are a pretty new product, so some problems at the beginning aren't that surprising, but I'm very satisfied with my (working) gloves!

HASH(0xa0579f60) out of 5 stars Some are good, some don't work Feb. 18 2014

I must have gotten one of those rare "not working" pairs of gloves that seem to be prevalent among these reviews. It's obviously a first gen product, but they're pretty cheaply made, especially for $70. On my set, the Bluetooth will not enter pairing mode. The poorly translated manual was very little help, so I turned to YouTube for an instruction on initial pairing with my iPhone 5S. My pair does not do what it's supposed to do, so I will update my review once I receive a functional pair. I've requested a replacement set from Amazon, and hopefully those will work.

Someone should put some better quality materials together and make a reliable, functional version for $100; I think they'll make a ton off disenfranchised buyers of these hi-call gloves. The idea is incredibly simple (and great), but the execution seems poor with this company.

**EDIT 1 (2 days later)** immediately provided me with a replacement pair, and they work fine. I am updating my review to 4 stars (up from 1 star) because once you get a working pair, they are fine. Once paired, the sound quality is surprisingly good, and they pair with the phone quickly. I can't comment on battery life or general wear and tear as I just got them, but I'll update my review once I have more comments. Increased my review from 1* to 4*.

**EDIT 2 (1 week later)** The replacement pair has already started falling apart. The stitching around the button panel is incredibly poor, and has begun to unravel. Looks like I'll be trying to find a way to sew this on myself. This is only happening after 1 week of use, and I've only actually worn them 3-4 times. Dropped my review from 4* to 2*.

My wife got me a pair for Valentine's Day and I have enjoyed them very much. The phone function works well, and I can still use my iPhone while wearing the gloves.
