Canadian Children and Youth.
Reviewed in the United States on March 25, 2014Verified Purchase
This book treats the mix blood children of the Canada as a separate and not so clear race of people. It has taken 100 years to clear the path for the Metis (mix-blood children0 to be seen as a separate and honored people in Canada. After the Canada government recognized Metis as an Aboriginal People, the fight for recognition moved to the U.S.A.. That struggle is still in progress.
