I was really caught off guard by the stats about eating small meals and how obesity rates have risen in that era since we began eating smaller meals throughout the day.
But if you think about the norm for humans was always to hunt, fast, gather, etc etc. and this seems to be the way we've evolved to eat. Lots of practical advice in this book but the one thing that sticks out to me are those "aha!" moments where everything is tied together about the main concepts of this 5:2 Fast Diet and why it works long term. Thanks for this one
