How to be a waitress and make big tips will most definitely get you off to a head start in waitressing and is a must read regardless of whether you're just starting out or have been in the industry for some time and are looking for ways to stand out from others in the industry.

Not only filled with excellent tips and short cuts that will get you off to a good start, there are also many entertaining stories of what you thought could never happen and how you would deal with these situations successfully.

And even if you weren't thinking about getting into waitressing, you will certainly be entertained with the insider's perspective of what it's like to work in a strip bar as a waitress. I mean, how often do we get to have a peek behind the scenes?

Why i didn't choose 5 stars was only because the reality of some establishments don't match with the book. The author works for an awesome establishment and not every place has a hearty operation. Nonetheless, be thankful that this read offers GREAT tips-no pun intended. Real to life stories and examples, and a cool list to follow whether you are just beginning or looking to spice things up from the mundane day to day. I liked the lists of items every waitress or server should have, i loved the short stories, and i loved the place that she's fortunate to work for- because not every establishment gives a you know what. I disliked the place i worked for after reading this book., which means she did a great job! I recommend this read to anyone aspiring to be a server, anyone who is serving to constantly be inspired, snag lastly any boss and customer who doesn't see the joy that a server really has doing his or her job and thinks that they are not worth appreciating.
