HASH(0x9e99d510) out of 5 stars Does not blind the reader with theory! March 5 2005
By TedB - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
What an excellent book! I am a mature student who took time out from my middle managment job to focus on HRD and coaching. Having been rather blinded with theory over the past two years, I am delighted to have at last found a book that is theoretically sound and yet can be used by the pragmatist in the organisation. The exercises are valuable and will allow me to reflect on my practice as well as use them in training sessions! A great buy!
