Product Description

Gon and his teammates have been challenged by a group of criminals hired by the Hunter Association. Gon wins with wits, and Kurapika's red-eyed rage assures a victory. But Leorio is all out of luck, and loses precious time for his team. It's up to Killua to save the day with a gruesome display of his assassin skills. With time running out, it takes ingenuity and brute force to beat the clock and the test.

The fourth exam finds the team stranded on an island for a battle royale. Can Gon get the best of Hisoka, or will he be...eliminated?

HASH(0x9ed8c18c) out of 5 stars Great Book! Highly Recommend! Aug. 13 2014

This is a great series, and this volume gets into the good part of the Hunter exam, where every character gets to face interesting challenges in trick tower, which is a great way for these amazing characters to be introduced while having a great time reading.

HASH(0x9ed8c7b0) out of 5 stars Excellent!!!!! Dec 14 2011

This is probably one of the best mangas ever written... It's fun, dark, sometimes complicated, well thought out, it's not another title in the genre(shonen). It's very original, and most of all unpredictable. I've read the manga online, twice, and now I'm buying the books because I think, and this is a personal view, it's the only manga worth buying.
HASH(0x9ed8c7a4) out of 5 stars Hide and Seek was never this violent when I played thankfully Sept. 17 2013

Round three is gone and we're on to four thankfully. I was finding test three a bit tiresome at the end but four is much more fun! Really, was there anyone else who Gon could have gone against? This sets us up for a future confrontation as well.

HASH(0x9ed8caf8) out of 5 stars Perhaps the greatest manga ever written. Jan. 21 2008
By Kewina of Hawaii - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Paperback
Hunter X Hunter (simply pronounced "Hunter Hunter") is one of the greatest manga ever created. The series is fresh and original, with characters that readers will remember for a long time after they finish one of the volumes. Brilliant. Read it now!
HASH(0x9ed8cca8) out of 5 stars Resolution, but only partial Jan. 31 2015
By Michael Czobit - Published on Amazon.com

It's ironic that the third volume of "Hunter x Hunter" is subtitled "Resolution," since Togashi wraps up one part of the exam only to thrust the characters into another. Regardless, it's more good reading.
