This product simply doesn't fit. To begin with, the Share and Options buttons are absolutely wedged into the case. I ended up drilling a lot around the opening to even get them to not be stuck. Secondly, it seems like this case must have been based on a design that Sony is no longer using in that the white holder that resides behind the LED light screen is meant to be screwed in, and the designs now have it only fit over side slots; no screws needed. Since it no longer fit, that wasn't even used - I ended up having to tape those parts in. And then, for whatever reason that I wasn't able to divine after over 3 hours of working with this thing, the circuit board and underlying button structure just didn't fit correctly so that the front finger buttons would be constantly on (firing a gun, say), and the only way I was able to troubleshoot what was happening was to take it completely apart, and begin squeezing and pressing the entire device until I figured out just what part of the assembly wasn't properly aligned or fitting. There might be some way to shave off other parts of the interior to make this work, but whether it's because of a new design, or just poor production of the product, it wasn't worth the additional hassle.
Undoubtedly, the tolerances are tight for these devices. in the end I decided that I would just return the item since it simply didn't work. Unfortunately, Donaldsons doesn't take any responsibility for the errant design, and refused the return of the faulty product due to my trying to make it actually work. For their very poor customer service and poor product, my guess is that they'll begin to get a lot of these returned.
