This book delivers far more than it promises.
It's as close to getting a practical MBA in a single source.
The first half focuses on skills and practices of leadership. Hint: one key is clearly knowing yourself.
It's the second half that blows me away.
The concepts are spelled out in what and how to do best practices, and there are excellent questions for self-evaluation.
In my opinion, this goes beyond good management practices, it's a clear implementation guide for team building, entrepreneurial mindset, and developing intrinsic accountability in yourself and your employees.
To date. This is the best management book I've read and I enthusiastically recommend it.
Ps: if you are an employee, this is a great read for you in developing your career with any company.
