Product description

Medium early, indeterminate, fertile, high yielding heirloom. Fruits are bright yellow, oblong, weighing 30-40g (1.05-1.41oz). Luscious, superb flavoured, best for fresh consumption and marinating. This heirloom is very popular for its significant crisp and sweet flavour. Goes especially well as a side dish, in salads, on sandwiches etc. Brilliant flavour with highly aromatic notes. Growing: Suitable for growing outside and inside green houses. For temperate climates start the seeds 6-8 weeks prior the last frost is gone. Sow the seeds using peat pots or sow in flats, using soiless peat-based mix (peat tablets). Choose light, fertile, well-draining soil, preferably rich in organic matter with a pH between 6-7. Plant the seeds 1/4in (0.6cm) deep. Store containers in room of 70-80F (21-27C) until germination occurs. Tomato seeds do not need light to germinate! When seeds germinate, move containers to a warm, bright location with plenty of sunlight or under grow lights. Water regularly to make sure the soil is moist, yet not soggy, as excess water causes the rot of the seeds/roots. Best to water, when soil is dry to the touch. Transplant outdoors when seedlings reach 6in (15.2cm) tall and develop their first true leaves, after the danger of last frost is gone. Regular fertilizing is highly recommended to support healthy and robust growth.
