From the manufacturer
Double the size of standard casters, these 6-inch, heavy-duty caster wheels glide easily no matter what terrain you choose for your Nova Pro Plus Outdoor Table. Each half of the table has four wheels, so you can move the table as a whole or when separated. Each caster wheel also features locking devices to ensure stability while playing and safety when storing.
All Weather Table
This table is built for the outdoors! The tabletop is a durable 6mm thick aluminum plastic composite surface, resistant to warping and chipping. The table sits on a 30mm x 30mm rust-resistant, powder-coated undercarriage.
Two Piece Design
The two halves of the JOOLA Nova Pro Plus Table sit on separate 4-wheel trolley systems, making transport and storage easy. The table can be used in playback position for solo practice or can be used as completely separate multi-functional tables.
Compact and Mobile
Two separable folding halves make the Nova Pro Plus Table compact and easy to store. Store the table in tight spaces by combining the nesting halves and wheeling the table to your desired location. Each table half has four caster wheels and locking devices ensuring optimal safety and stability during transport and during play. Separate halves are not only a space saver, but also make it easier to move the table by easing the burden of weight of a whole table.
Adjustable Leg Levelers
Each leg features adjustable height levelers that are necessary when playing on any uneven surface/terrain.
JOOLA Weatherproof Net and Post Set
The JOOLA Nova Pro Plus Table comes with a matching weather resistant net set that features a classic screw design and net tensioning system. The net can be assembled and put to use in seconds!
Automatic Anti-tilt Locking Devices
Double anti-tilt locking devices automatically lock on each half when the table is folded. This provides easy and safe storage and transport. To unlock simply press the lever and the table begins to automatically unfold.

Quality seems really impressive for the price and the packaging assured that it came unscathed.
I really like the idea of having two separate pieces but that does sometimes result in having the table slightly uneven where it meets in the middle since our stone patio has slight variation in the rocks. Although there are adjustable feet on the end legs, the castors cannot be adjusted in height.
However, this really does not affect gameplay - you aren’t buying this table to train for the olympics - but it is absolutely perfect for the kids in the backyard and to have some beers and laughs with friends. (Eventually)
Can’t comment on the weatherproofing yet - we’ll see how it holds up!
The table itself would get a 5 Review, however, it arrived damaged. Here’s the rant...the box clearly had forklift marks on the box ending in 2 holes damaging the box. When we unwrapped it, the forklift had dented the crossbar frame in those exact 2 spots. On the end of the box, there is a symbol “no forklifts”. This is a very expensive table and I am concerned about the integrity of the frame. Amazon did provide some solutions for a return or a moderate discount. However, I waited 5 hours at home for the delivery and I don’t have another 3 hours on 2 different days to be home waiting for the return and replacement process. I would not buy such an expensive table damaged with a moderate discount ever. Amazon is 100% at fault with the damage of the forklift and it was not a shipping accident. I feel pushed to keep it as it is not feasible to do the replacement process and I do not feel the discount is adequate given I am taking all the liability as I don’t know how the integrity of the table will stand up over time and we specifically chose this table for its durability. So left with a sour taste when all is said and done. So would i recommend it? Probably not.
We assembled the table in the garage (basically attaching the wheeled leg) and then moved it to the basement. This is a well built and premium table. Very easy to fold or open with even one hand. Can't wait for warmer weather, I intent to keep this in the back yard.
I had to google how to setup the net!

How can JOOLA - a huge corporation mis-represent items like this? It was NOT CHEAP and this is a wreck lace way to make money...JOOLA did not seal the ends of the table and does NOT CARE about what happens after you make a PURCHASE.
- when playing on uneven ground (this is an outdoor table, and we will use it mostly in the yard), it is a struggle to find a position where the two halves align perfectly so you can tighten the net
- There is a lot of strain on the table at the connection due to the net (again, when it is on uneven ground, which will be always). I don't know how the table will hold to this. Also, how will it hold to kids jumping on the table for short balls.
- Storage is complicated. You need to unscrew both sides of the net to separate the halves. For setup from folded position, it's even more difficult: you have to find even ground, then screw and tighten the net.
- So so far we've never folded it. It's an outdoor table, but it would be probably better off folded. The design may thus affect product life.
All in all we're happy with it, it's a new table. Let's see if my fears materialize :-). But I thought it would be worthwhile sharing this description of the design to customers.
The assembly of the table was done within minutes. All you have to do is mount the wheels. One of my neighbors lately bought a Kettler table and it took him hours to get it ready. Transportation is easy since you have 2 seperate halfes and the wheels are easy rolling.
The only thing that could be of better quality are the parts that hold the net. I had to fiddle around with it a bit. It is cheap plastic and does not reflect the quality of the rest of the table. Nevertheless it is a good buy and I would recommend it.
UPDATE - not so happy anymore:
We recently cleaned the table with a wet towel and all of a sudden the white marks rubbed off and left a sticky smear. I reached out to Joola USA and was told that the paint is not under their warranty. Table was purchased in March and this happened in July so after 4 month. The table sits in a covered area outside. The table can still be used, but somehow it gives me a bitter after taste. I also have not received my free balls from Joola that you are supposed to get when you type up a review and submit it to them.
First let me start by mentioning the box the table came in. Taped all the way around with extra Padding it should not get damages in transport (unless your delivery guy drops it out of the back of his truck). There's additional boards surrounding the body of the table to further protect it during shipping.
The main box was smaller than I had anticipated it would be yet the box was deceptively heavy. Although the instructions recommend assembly by two people, and a very careful individual could assemble it by themselves.
Opening the main box revealed many unmarked cardboard boxes. They are more than packaging however and contain the hardware required to assemble the table as well as the wheels and the net assembly. Be sure to check each box. I was convinced they had forgotten to place a net within the box until I went back for a second look.
The quality of each item is very good, much more so than I had anticipated it would be. I had initially purchased an indoor table, it quickly cancelled that order and ordered this table as the barn this table will be kept in is definitely not temperature controlled. This table appears as though it will provide many years of maintenance free play. Additionally I was excited to see that parts are available for this table should the situation ever arise.
Setting each half of the table upright was no problem. It did take a few minutes to figure out how to level each half of the table. Also I feel the instructions explaining the installation of the net into the net holder pieces could have been written out or at least the picture could have been enlarged to a larger then several Wallet size photos.
Once assembled the table mobility is second to none and could easily be pushed around the room by even a child.
Now for the good stuff, the ball bounce is excellent, although initially I was concerned with an outdoor table that the ball would not bounce.
All in all a very excellent purchase.
Assembly was easy, and took about a half hour once I had it unpacked. The table is very sturdy, rolls well on the wheels, and the net is great quality. I've played on some cheap ones and the net is great. I keep mine in my garage, so I couldn't comment about glare or how it holds up against weather.
It folds up easily and quite compact. It has a low profile, maybe 2.5' at the wheel base, once it is folded up.
Also, I LOVE the color! I'm not sure why, but I guess I am used to darker blue tables. This one was a lighter blue, and I love the look of it.
The only CON I noticed is the slight dip in the center where the tables meet. One side dips just slightly below the other, maybe 1/4". But it was small enough that it was insignificant.
This is a great table. Great quality. I highly recommend.
Construction is stable, easy to assemble, cuts are even and good.
Net mount is really cheap plastic but holds "somewhat" straight, the net itself is good.
SO after holiday travel i call Amazon to see how we are going to deal with this - which for me is a point of stress as i will never get it back in the box and i don't have the time to deal with this BS! Amazon was reasonable and offered me a 25% refund... which i have tentatively accepted as i mull over it... ie i dont want to wast time but a dent in a ping pong table? yea like its not a tile missing from the space shuttle but it still sucks. So why, oh why, have i been put in this situation? Well it is surely the fault of the shipping company to some degree but it is also and as much so the fault of JOOLA who totally failed to engineer a decent packing system - the way the table was packed makes it 100% [ok 98%] certain that if anything hits the surface of the box it will damage the table - remarkable - these people make and sell ping pong table but have NO CLUE on how to build a shipping box???
So... So.... i really don't have the time to waste to deal with a return and it is playable though there is always that dent to add chaos to the game- its hard to stomach as it is so new but it is equally hard to accept the hell of trying to return it and put another table together, which who knows may also get damaged in shipping! so i feel a bit stuck with it and well at least i got a few bucks back.....
Given this experience - even with the 25% back i do not think i can recommend to anyone to risk ordering a JOOLA TABLE [unless you have time to spend on this type of thing... and if u do please get a new hobby!]. Good Luck.
I was also extremely pleased with the packaging. They did it right with wood paneling inside the large cardboard container. This affords the table protection during shipping. For example, I saw what appeared to be forklift damage to the back of the box. I was really concerned because I figured something must have gotten damaged inside. But I was wrong! The wood paneling inside the box took the damage and the table was pristine. Further, each corner of the table rested in a large, heavy duty rubber corner piece. Thus the corners of the table were also protected.
Another extremely pleasing point was the assembly. Very straightforward and easy. Unfortunately I did not time myself, but I'm guessing no more than an hour and I'm a methodical type and take my time to do it right the first time.
1. The plastic spacers at the leg joints, one of the split in half and fell out the second time I used the table. I replaced it with a metal one from a hardware store, and so far so good. Seems like a bad cost cutting decision.
2. The net assembly is pretty low quality, it's hard to get it tight enough as the supports tend to flex in, and the rubber tape used on the tightening assembly is already wearing off after a couple months. I expect to buy a better net assembly soon.
3. Adjustability is very limited. The eight wheels that cover the majority of the base are not height adjustable, only the end legs. It's incredible how hard it can be to find an outdoor surface flat enough to get a decently flat table setup. I have a huge driveway and ended up having to spray paint the one location where I found a decent setup (I painted where the legs should stand). If you don't get the joint line between the two sides perfectly even, then the net assembly will distort the top when you tighten it (remember it's not very thick). For a table marketed for adjustability, they could have done a lot better.
Overall, still happy (especially after getting this with points!)… Just be aware that you'll get a lower bounce, need a pretty flat surface to set up, and will likely have a few little parts to replace. Still a good deal IMO compared to other options out there. I wouldn't be happy with this if it was an indoor table though, I'd like a higher quality bounce for serious practice.
