The book is a confusing mess. It makes references but rarely contains the very myths it talks about, making it useless by itself.

Contains spelling errors, punctuation errors and is formatted horribly.

I had to get this for an online college course. It is not worth it. Go find it somewhere else for cheaper or free. I spent 100$ on this thing and I am not happy with it.
