Awesome workouts. At this point I've only done the first two workouts. The first is an intro workout but invigorating nonetheless. The second is harder and more aggressive. The first one is a good intro to kettle bell workouts and the second is an intermediate routine which is more advanced. The workouts do both cardio and weight training at once, giving you a great workout. Beyond that, the exercises are "working exercises" meaning the routines involve several muscle groups, mimicking real world movements as opposed to isolated movements. Can't wait to see the other two workouts.

Would have given this DVD a 5 star, but after each exercise there is a 30 second break. Ok,,so I use that time to do more swings and occasionally grab a break. Very good instruction, thorough, and text on the screen to learn the exercises if you need it. Four DVDs. I've done two so far. Have been doing my own kettle bell routine for years and thought I should mix it up. My routine is still more intense, but it's good to change things around and I do feel some of those moves. Excellent DVD. Very impressed as most of the DVDs out there are fair at best when it comes to intensity.

The workout itself is ok, but I don't feel that it met my expectations. I don't like having to stop my workout after such a short period of time for a 30 second break... which is given constantly after each short set. After having done Gillian Michael's workouts for the past few years and seeing results very quickly, I find that this workout falls short.

This is a great workout DVD. You don't have to use kettlebells all the time, you can also use a free weight or a smaller medicine ball. It really helps to give your body a good workout and your core will hurt when you are done.
