I have made a number of the recipes, and except for one, will be making them all again. They include avocado toast (addictive), buckwheat and banana pancakes (also good plain or with blueberries instead of bananas), Mexican chopped salad, Mexican green goddess dressing (used this on the chopped salad, basted halibut with it before baking, and used it to adhere bread crumbs for fish fingers), teriyaki chicken, Thai chicken burgers, Korean chicken tacos, Korean slaw, asparagus with miso almond sauce, Asian greens with garlic ginger and fish sauce, roasted cauliflower and chickpeas with mustard and parsley, gluten free fish fingers, bummer bars.
In general, the recipes are easy to follow. There are some unusual ingredients (well, they may be unusual to some people) but there are substitutions offered. A few of the recipes have a quirk or two in them, and could have used a slightly better description, but nothing too bad.
I will eventually work my way through virtually every recipe in the book, and I am recommending it to all of my friends.
It fits in perfectly with my style of eating and cooking.

I love this book. It helps me cook and gives me good ideas for all my family.
When reading it, you just want to be in good shape and change all your food habits.
