This is a very well written slice of Cincinnati history. It tells the history of The Jewish Hospital but it places it in context with medicine in general. I will admit to a certain amount of prejudice. I worked at the Burnet Ave site for 22 years and continued working at the hospital when it relocated to the Kenwood site. But that proximity also allows me to judge the truth of what was written from my own perspective. I highly recommend this book.
