This is a great less than 30 minute workout and I love the kettle bell which I bought with the 3 different weight levels of 5, 8 and 10 lbs. I looked at the video that came with the ketttle bell, you heard the Look, it looked like I could hurt myself. I just want to have fun working out. The trick is keep moving.

She's tuff on you, she makes no excuses. Lol, she's a bit scary haha. Like any exercise if you're ready to commit, eat right and workout, you can't fail.
