I finally started this work out with Jillian. I first started out with 3 lbs for the first few days and worked up to 5 lbs for the next 4 weeks and for the last 3 weeks I have used my empower kettle bell at 8 lbs. Ladies, I have only lost 2 out of the 25 I need to loose, BUT have not Dieted and feel great. I start the workout, oh yes, I'm still doing level 1, and still fumble through those squats and jump s(which I cheat everytime, I just keep moving). I have noticed that I can get up off the floor much easier now and when I am ready to quit that music comes on telling me it's only 3 more exercises and I get through it.

This is a great less than 30 minute workout and I love the kettle bell which I bought with the 3 different weight levels of 5, 8 and 10 lbs. I looked at the video that came with the ketttle bell, you heard the Look, it looked like I could hurt myself. I just want to have fun working out. The trick is keep moving.

I love Jillian Michaels workouts.... I bought this one because I couldn't find Bob Harper's Kettlebell Cardio Shred, which I previously owned but misplaced. I have to admit, Bob's dvd gives me a MUCH better workout, but Jillian's is good too, as long as I add in something else with it.

This is a great all-over strength and cardio workout. I alternate between different sizes of kettlebell as I amp it up for some of the larger muscle group, but that's what she says to do! Some of the banter is annoying, but I don't know what you'd do with 1/2 an hour in front of the camera.

Great video as always. The workout does what it's suppose too. I work out 5 days a week with only these videos and have watched my body transform and sculpt into everything I have wanted it too. I wasn't overweight or anything, but did want to be toned, have the typical "bikini body". At 34 years of age and 3 children later, I have just that! Jillian Michaels videos help you do just that if your dedicated enough to find the 30 -40 minutes a day to do it. Grad add to my collection!

I absolutely LOVE this work-out video. The kettlebells are new to me and I definately recommend them to anyone who has not tried them. Jillian gives you and all over body work-out, both strength and cardio. I also pair this with the Yoga Meltdown for great results. This is definately worth the $$$$$.

I have most of Jillian's DVDs and I love this one! I especially love the level 2 work out. I have a bad back so I have to modify 2 of her exercises but overall, I always get a good work out using this DVD. I also love that I'm done in 30 minutes. Since life is so hectic for most people these days 30 minute workouts that deliver are well worth the price. I've recently seen this DVD at Wal-Mart for 7.00 so I picked it up just to have a back up. The other great thing is that you don't have to own a kettlebell, you can use a free weight and get the same results. I highly recommend this one!
