I got an advance copy of this book after helping the author crowdsource its publication through Indiegogo.

I honestly wasn't expecting this young author to have a lot to teach me about goals.

I couldn't have been more wrong.

The book is well written and well organized. More importantly, it's chock full of practical steps you can take, starting right now, from wherever you're at, to move you forward in any area of your life.

Who can use it? Students, teachers, business owners, freelancers, parents, artists, musicians, writers, employees. . . if you want to improve some aspect of your life, the strategies and techniques Catherine shares will help you.

You may wonder why I only gave it four stars. . . if you check my previous reviews you'll see that's as high as I go. This is an excellent book and I recommend it highly.
