The book does a good job in revealing the misdirection and difficulties of introducing controversial information into the system. This is especially true with regards to the income tax scheme. Of course, while pointing out a number of pitfalls, it certainly leaves open the possibilities for sucess on the road less traveled.
Moverover, by speaking to such matters Dickstein does a great job of informing members of the public of a very important issue that affects us all, yet is only visible to the few practitoners. This will aid with producing a more informed view when voting, or performing our duties as jurors, etc.
Finally, the formatting was a little odd.
