Because experts recommend that we get a "daily 8," namely five servings of vegetables and three servings of fresh fruit daily, Crocker's recipes will make that task easier, especially if there are finicky children in the house. (Larry Cox Tucson Citizen 2008-05-28)
Its 350 recipes for juices, smoothies and more, including 16 pages of colour photos, make this book an inspiring juicing resource. The ingredient guide is cross-referenced with the recipes, making it easy to work with what you have. And the ailment section suggests healing drinks to help specific conditions. (Kat Tancock Best Health Magazine 2011-03-05)

If you have a health problem you can look up good foods to eat to heal or lessen your symptoms. Conversely, if you've wondered what a certain herb or vegetable is good for, this book will list all the benefits. Then once you've looked up a certain edible or malidy, the book links you to a handful of juice recipes, or healing teas, or smoothies, etc.
I originally borrowed this book several times from the library and eventually decided I just need to buy it.
It's worth the price to always have this resorce on hand.
hint for new juicers---use a couple of red beets in everything-- they are good nutritionally but also for the dark crimson color they add-cuz a lot of other stuff combined comes out looking a kinda unappetizing brown without them.
Inspiration...
Bel ouvrage!
