Product Description

Kennedy Brennan was just about to start her life after graduating from the Barton Music Conservatory. She and her three best friends decide to have one last night out before the graduation ceremony the next morning.

Accepting drinks from a secret admirer brings her life to a screeching halt. After waking up from a coma and facing her attacker during a trial, she changes her identity and starts a new life in Denver. Finding an old run down building across the street from her favorite bakery, she plans to start a Music Conservatory of her own.

The only thing standing in her way is Billionaire Real Estate Developer and One of America’s Most Eligible Bachelors Easton Kerrigan.

Kennedy and Easton's Story is the beginning of a six book series involving The Kerrigan Siblings and Friends.

All books are standalone and have a Happily Ever After for the main characters.

These books will contain extremely dark subject matter and the couples face a lot of hardships before they find their HEA.

Wow - this book was so amazing and heart-wrenching yet had comedic moments that had me laughing through it.

Kennedy Brennan moves to New York at the age of 17 on a musical scholarship. There she meets a close group of girlfriends - Whitney, Pilar and Emma. The girls, along with friend Tristan Cooper, are together even though they all different ambitions and talents. Then one night changes everything and Kennedy must fight to through it all to find herself.

Hoping to start a new life for herself Kennedy moves to Denver and begins to involve herself with the Kerrigan family. They take her in and give her a sense of normalcy, although her attraction with son Easton, may provide her with the most challenges yet.

With so much in her past, how much will Kennedy give to Easton and how many chances will he have to get it right with her before she leaves him for good?

I have so much incredible love for this book. It sucked me in right from the beginning and I couldn't stop reading. What Kennedy has gone through is absolutely horrific and the challenges she faces with trying to start over without being judged is so hard. I sympathize with her and hate how judged she is. I love her loyalty to her family and friends and the strength she has.

I had a love/hate relationship with Easton. I didn't like his cocky attitude but then liked him more when I understood what he was doing and why. Although I definitely didn't like him listening to other people's advice instead of just going with his heart.

The supporting characters are amazing and very strong. I loved the Kerrigan family and even though this was a novel centring mainly around Kennedy, you really got to know the family without losing any focus.

I can't wait for the next books in the series!!

This made me cry, then be happy, then cry some more, but at the end I am very happy I read this, and we get a happy ever after.
I loved the heroine, she is smart, talented, a great friend, self-confidant, and kick-a$$. She goes through a lot before we even meet the hero. As I lived through happiness and tragedy with her, I was totally relating to her. She is so believably written.
We don't even meet the hero until well into the book, and he is a good guy. The thing is, he is occasionally totally stupid. I think his character was very believable and usually likable. I guess I agree with what I think the author's idea of men, that sometimes their brain turns off, but they are still great to have around.
The plot has to do with a horrible tragedy that changes the heroine's life altogether. Later, as she is recovering almost to normalcy, there is a dangerous situation with another friend. The heroine lost her great friends at the beginning of the book, but then is able to save the new friend. I think this brought closure to her in a very moving way.

HASH(0xa4914c3c) out of 5 stars one of my all time favourite books. May 3 2016

Kennedy is one of my favourite books
kennedy is one of the books that make me ugly cry
One night Kennedys 3 Best Friends are murdered and Kennedy is attacked, during Kennedy it follows the story of Kennedy overcoming her violent attack and the death of her best friends.

After getting Revenge on the evil September four murderer Kennedy changes her identity, she changes her hair colour, wears contacts and covers her scars. she moves across the country to avoid the press and she meets the love of her life, although he is an idiot and keeps getting things wrong but in the end everything turned out perfect.

Kennedys Strength amazes me and an inspires me, kennedy is the type of book that grips you from page one.
this book made me cry, sad, laugh, smile and happy

HASH(0xa4914e88) out of 5 stars There really wasn't any build up to the love story between Easton and Kennedy June 28 2015

The storyline was an interesting one but I found it was just too rushed with little to no explanation at some parts. Easton's POV filled in a lot of the missing parts but it came too late after an event. There really wasn't any build up to the love story between Easton and Kennedy. I also think the author lost credibility in my mind by writing Easton had an 11" c@#k. I'm all for erotica and hot sex but please make it believable. A professional editing would have helped clean up some of the grammatical errors and maybe helped the story to flow better. It looks like this is a first book for R. Colora and it isn't a bad start. Perhaps some Beta readers could offer some advice as well.

HASH(0xa4914e4c) out of 5 stars Good story, needs work Oct. 26 2015

The grammar is atrocious and definitely needs some work. The story wasn't bad, good first effort. Kennedy and Easton could have had a great romance and love story, but there didn't seem to be much build up to get there. I agree with another poster that Easton being so gifted in the junk department turned me off some. It just wasn't believable. I think the author has some good qualities and could potentially write an amazing book. I think grammar and editing is extremely important, though, if you want to be a successful author. Good first try!

HASH(0xa6a69360) out of 5 stars Intriguing Story Oct. 18 2015
By Dtink - Published on
Format: Kindle Edition
I found this story to be quite intriguing and did not want to put it down. The main character Kennedy is great from the start and I love all the characters that come in throughout the book. You go thru the gamut of emotions from joy, heartache, fear, depression, love and overall perseverance to survive. At points I did find the writing to seem a bit rushed, like someone speaking fast to get the story out, but was a very good overall read and I would definitely read more by this author!

HASH(0xa6a69654) out of 5 stars Must Read June 6 2015
By Peace & Patriots - Published on

This is one of those books that the story will stay with you even when you are done reading! The story of what Kennedy went through in her life was brilliantly written by R. Colora. I was totally ingrossed in the emotions and strugggle that she went thru in her life. From beggining to end I was lost completely in this beautifully written story. I am not usually a crier when it comes to books but this one brought me to tears. Definitely a book I will read more than once!!!!
