She has 5 different paths for Keto which makes it easy to find something that is going to work well for your body and its needs. It has so many amazing resources to suggest which path to try first, how to save money, where to shop, breakdown of possibly helpful supplements, the best oils to buy, and so so so many recipes to try.
Congratulations Leanne on a job wonderfully done. This book is going to be a game changer for keto newbies like me.
