Leanne looks past you must do x, y, z and you’ll be skinny. Leanne is about real life and living a healthy life. Fueling your body and being kind to your body. If you want lose 300 lbs in the next 2 weeks, this isn’t for you. If you want to live happy, healthy, life in the body you have (and make it healthier in the process) while loving yourself you’ve found the book for you. Easy tasty recipes with a whole lot of self loving mixed in.
