I use 4 heaping tablespoons per litre, which equates to about 4 standard coffees or 2 large coffees. I drink 2 - 4 cups a day and this has lasted me about a month; I am now approximately 2/3 of the way through the bag.
I'll definitely order again because the flavour is much better than generic brands but not too bold that it makes me feel really thirsty.
tasty enough to keep me going in my mornings
