I would recommend this book to anyone who wants non-gimmicky advice and long term weight loss.
I lost 9 pounds over 2 months of following her approach and have since maintained that loss for another 4 months. I will be starting the 30 day metabolism reset tomorrow to kickstart the loss of those last few pounds, but have to thank this book for setting me on a path I can live with and be successful at. I highly recommend this book to those who have 5, 15 or even 50 pounds to lose. It may not happen quickly like on a fad diet, but it will happen safely and in a way that is sustainable.
Dr.Joey Shulman writes in such an easy to understand that any and all can learn the dynamics of food and nutrition. Awesome.
