I am very happy with this book so far

I received this today and have gone through the first 3 chapters. I am 40 years old, and have been playing a 4 string bass (on and off) since I was 18. I purchased my 5 String Cort Curbow about 3 months ago. I've played one gig since I purchased it, so I'm very familiar with my bass. I am very happy with this book so far. It has exercises, scales, etudes, and a cd. It's a no nonsense type of book. There isn't much more to it than that, but that is enough to get you to Burn up the fret board and the B string. I would recommend this to a Beginner and Intermediate players, or someone like me going from a 4 string to a 5 string. Just remember if you don't practice it doesn't matter what's in this book. Good luck.
