Fantasy Box Set — Complete Books Anthology — Hot New Release — Vacation Reading Package — Perfect Holiday Gift Idea

10 COMPLETE NOVELS AND NOVELLAS FROM YOUR FAVORITE FANTASY AUTHORS.

Due to mature content, situations and language, this collection is recommended for audiences 18+. The Avalon Trilogy is suitable for young audiences, but can be equally enjoyed by all those young at heart. All works in this box set have been professionally proofed by Paper Gold Publishing and Pelican Proofing, unless this service was expressly refused by the author. Some stories are written in American, some in Canadian, Australian, and some in British English. The authors have chosen to stay true to their heritage.

This box set is comprised of a mix of already released novels and novellas, including a complete trilogy. Those books which are part of a series can be enjoyed fully without the need to read the complete series (though there is a chance you might develop story-addiction issues—for that, we apologize).

So far so good! The first story is excellent. I love unconventional heroines. Girls with grit under their fingernails and a brain. I loved this one enough to stay up way too late last night reading. I picked up this book as a part of an anthology. Can't wait to read the rest of what's in the set. The first one was great. Will update as I read.

4.0 out of 5 stars Great mix of stories and writers. June 1 2016

WHITE HART — Sarah Dalton: Well written romp through a fantasy world that was worth exploring.
DESTINY'S WINGS — D.S. Schmeckpeper: Fantastic story, Great characters that draw you in. Some classical fantasy mixed with a new pantheon. Had to buy the rest of the books. WELL worth the read.
WANDERING TO BELONG — Jess Mountifield: Not a long story, A little rough i think and doesn't flow very well. You don't see the ending coming though.
WHEN SHADOWS FALL — Bruce Blake: Actually didn't complete this story. Just didn't draw me in.
PARADOX: THE ANGELS ARE HERE — Patti Roberts: Some seriously messed up charaters in this one. They sure seemed to be set up for you to be repulsed by them. This was just long enough to set a foundation for more story but it wasn't enough for me to be interested in following up.
WERELORD THAL: A RENAISSANCE WEREWOLF TALE — Tracy Falbe: Interesting take on the werewolf story.
THE DRAGIL: BROKEN MAGIC — Holly Barbo:Short story with a fast pace. Just a little to predictable.
THE AVALON TRILOGY I: THE STAR REALM — Julie Elizabeth Powell
THE AVALON TRILOGY II: INVASION — Julie Elizabeth Powell
THE AVALON TRILOGY III: SECRETS OF THE ICE — Julie Elizabeth Powell: These three stories do a great job of turning what you think a fantasy story should be on its head. The characters are consistent and relateable. The plot twists are humorous and well thought out. Very well done works.

4.0 out of 5 stars Some good offerings March 1 2017
By Mark Stein - Published on Amazon.com

Sarah Dalton, White Hart: A pretty good fantasy adventure about a "plain" girl and a prince. Well-done romantic tension as the girl hides that she is actually the magic wielder that the prince is supposed to marry, even as he searches for the beautiful girl that he thinks is his fated bride. I enjoyed it, but probably will not buy the sequel even though the ending is a cliffhanger.

D.S. Shmeckpeper, Destiny’s Wings: Very good, innovative story about a motley crew of elves and other magical creatures trying to prevent the takeover of the world by an evil imprisoned god. Has both romance and adventure: by the end, I think all the surviving main characters are paired up. While this book is part of a series, the story is self-contained, not a cliffhanger.

Jess Mountfield, Wandering to Belong: Good short story about a tough girl fleeing goblins and meeting a dragon.

Bruce Blake, When Shadows Fall: Kind of a dark story about magic. The beginning held my interest, but I gave up after a while. The author clearly has some talent, but I find his work disturbing for reasons I can't explain.

Patti Roberts, Paradox: The Angels are Here: I read just a bit and didn't like it.

Tracy Falbe, Werelord Thal: My favorite book in this bundle. An achingly beautiful werewolf tale, in which the protagonist tries to avenge his mother, who was burned as a witch, while he falls for the step-daughter of the magistrate who condemned his mother. The author is every bit as talented as fantasy authors who are far more famous. The characters are so vivid and the story is riveting. I consider this one of the greatest fantasy novels ever written. I had to buy the sequel, which unfortunately is not quite as good.

Holly Barbo, The Dragil: The beginning of the book, before the protagonist embarks on his quest, is well done. Then I got bored and didn't finish it.

Julie Elizabeth Powell, The Avalon Trilogy: I see that the top reviewer for this bundle liked these stories, but I didn't. The writing seemed cliched and amateurish, and I gave up quickly.

A decent Anthology of stories. Some were very good and I may look for the series and a few were not so good. All in all worth the price.

3.0 out of 5 stars Only the length satisfying! Nov. 6 2016

I might have found this more satisfying if the series had not
Been tauted as suitable for youth because--it is n o t. I truly enjoyed only one of the various authors and that one was too short and ended unsatisfactorily.

4.0 out of 5 stars There are plenty to enjoy in the mix.. June 24 2016
By T.Vogt 'Kindle Addict' - Published on Amazon.com

I found that I liked the mix of stories, and the ability to read a story and then change gears. Then when I found one I really liked I could go looking for something else along the same story-line. I have to admit to being a very Bad reviewer this year, dealing with Cancer surgery and elderly parents I have been reading as an escape since TV is often out and I keep reading, not stopping to say I liked am trying to do better, and hope to get more caught up on I liked Thanks..
