There should be a photo of all the ingredients at the top of the page, but there isn't for a good reason. The surprise was that it was sweetened with stevia (sure, there are other sweeteners) and that makes it taste absolutely awful. There are others, from Drip Drop to Recovery ORS that taste a million times better.

I was so hopeful when I found this product, but this is undrinkable. It basically tastes like salt water with sugar and lime added to it. Similar to the thing doctors prescribe in preparation for endoscopy/colonoscopy. It made me gag.

Great for dysautonomia

Liquid IV is the best oral rehydration packet I've found, and I've tried pretty much all of them on the market. My previous favorite was the Banana Bag oral solution, but I like liquid IV better because it's cheaper and has a much lighter taste. I would NOT recommend putting your liquid IV in yellow gatorade like you do for the Banana Bag. I tried it once and I could barely finish the bottle -- it's too sweet and concentrated and to be honest I threw it back up a few minutes later. My fiancee and I both have forms of dysautonomia (I have IST and she has hypoadrenergic POTS) and these are seriously lifesavers. We haven't had a trip to the ER for rehydration in over 6 months!

Stevia is a natural ingredient but I lump it in with the category of "fake sugar".

Fake sugars such as aspartame and of course Stevia can cause me some intestinal discomfort. The product itself is a phenomenal way to stay hydrated if you are talking about going out on a night drinking. However as an athlete I would recommend not taking this when you have an important race if you have a sensitive stomach.

Personally all fake sugars leave a nasty aftertaste which I don't like and stevia specifically is a culprit.

If you grew up like me not having fake sugars (I don't consume much in the way of sugar anyway) then you probably won't like the flavor of this product. I find the product to be too sweet in addition to not liking the flavor. That being said, because I am a degenerate human being that bought is products specifically just to avoid a hangover...
It gets 5 stars in that regard.

Hopefully people will read my negative review and see that it has nothing to do with the efficacy of the product but the side effects which are worth mentioning.

This product causes severe headaches

We purchased this product with the hopes that it would help us to stay hydrared over the hot summer. Unfortunately, and due to the illness and subsequent death of my mother, we were not able to try the product until after the return window (8/18/20) had closed. We tried it today 8/31/20 and both my husband and I experienced severe headaches from drinking it. I would love to return it, but since the return window has closed, I guess I will throw it in the trash. Would not recommend this product to anyone.
