Every person should read this book and educate themselves of the healing properties of Hemp oil. There is no disease this plant derivative would not help. More people are aware of this, sooner we can lobby our governments to legalize Marihuana.

HASH(0x987f2294) out of 5 stars Brilliant from cover to cover! July 2 2010
By Terry K. Boone - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Print on Demand (Paperback)
Shona Banda is one of those people who shouldn't be alive, but refused to die. She found survival in the form of hemp oil; one of the most medicinal substances, if not THE most, on Earth. She tells her story of how it cured her, and why your government doesn't want you to know about it. If you think that you have an idea about medicinal marijuana and its uses, then think again, and read this book.

This is the kind of book you give to someone after you read it, simply because it feels wrong to keep such a wealth of knowledge to yourself. Educated yourself about marijuana, with words from someone who has nothing to gain from your approval or disapproval, except the knowledge that she has led you to reachable quality healthcare... and she will, I promise!

HASH(0x98960c18) out of 5 stars Excellent Read July 1 2010
By PLANTtheLAND - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Print on Demand (Paperback)
I read this book in 1 day, easy and exciting read, I love the fact that Shona decided to take it upon herself to investigate and take action in taking care of her own body realizing she was the only one really in control of her well-being. She explains how in life, certain things in our lives regulated by the government and political systems that only care about political interests and/or money. When the hospitals and doctors profit from our sickness, how can we give them our lives worth of trust and savings? She explains how we need to live symbiotically with the land, treat/heal ourselves, and above all, live free or die! Thanks Shona for an excellent addition to my collection of books and educational reads about the healing properties of cannabis.

HASH(0x986c2a8c) out of 5 stars Inspirational and Interesting Nov. 17 2010

I read this book in two days because I had to share it with my son who couldn't wait to read "his auntie's" book. This book is an amazing read. It gives you hope when the doctors tell you there is none. It truely touched me to hear Shona's story in her own words. When I would ask anyone of our family how she was doing, "They would say she not good" or "she's been better." To hear it in her own words lets me know there is a God out there. And He is blessing Shona with a mircle plant that is saving her life. I believe God gave Shona another chance to tell her story with this book so that she can now do His work and share this wealth of information with others who are suffering. I will definatley share this book with anyone that needs to know it is time to start helping themselves take back their own lives and live free: free of disease, free of government, free of whatever you wish. It is your life and it is time to speak up and speak out about all the you believe in. Take back your life and your country. God Bless you all for reading a story of such a truely beautiful person. I love you, Shona. May God continue to bless you and your family.

HASH(0x98b4a7e0) out of 5 stars Super raw/authentic/vulnerable/soulful. Sept. 12 2010
By c3bhm - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Print on Demand (Paperback)
She is a real-deal 'spiritual warrior' from the deep trenches, in ways most of us just can't touch.
The writing style absolutely captures who she is and how Real all of this stuff is.
A must-read for anyone with a major illness like cancer - I believe you'll find a kind of communion with her in it, plus medicinal potentials that could save your life.

I request that anyone considering buying this book to PLEASE DO SO. Support her personal path and support this movement. Both are SO worthy, and that's rare.

HASH(0x987ab120) out of 5 stars A True Crohn's Survivor! Aug. 10 2011
By My4Gs - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Print on Demand (Paperback) Verified Purchase
Shona Banda's story is one of a true survivor. Her battle with Crohn's disease sounds all too common for those of us who, on a daily basis, deal with the symptoms of diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and severe abdominal pain. Shona explains how these symptoms can be controlled naturally without the harmful side effects of drugs produced and manufactured by pharmaceutical companies who see us as nothing more than another paycheck for them and their families. What about us and our families? We have the right to be free! Free from illness. Free from pain. Free from battling medical bills that consume us and take from the needs of our children. May this book inspire you as it did me and many others who are taking the freedom to just live free or die!
