However, not only are the overview of candida-related health issues and suggested dietary guidelines worth reading, the recipes I've tried have been AMAZING.
The grain-free gnocchi, for example, was a total surprise, as was the grain-free pizza crust. Both amazed me, and my partner loved them too! Based on my experience with the recipes alone, I'd recommend this book to anyone looking for an alternative approach to their diet when dealing with candida overgrowth.
