The first issue I had was the volume dial gets dusty very easily and can cause static when you change the volume. If the volume is too low, you only get audio out of one side. I bought an electronic cleaner for $50 that cleans and greases. It helped clean the wires in the dial and all the volume levels worked. But now it's over 1.5 years and it's starting to get staticy again for volume changes. I keep it high out of instinct so I can hear both sides and going deaf.Now the left side of the headphones is breaking on the plastic part. My head is big, so I have to open the headphones wider when I put them on or take them off. So that's introducing a lot of stress and causing the plastic to break. The heaphones are pulled out to the maximum distance they can allow and still breaking.The rubber on the ear pieces have completely rubbed off by now. I didn't invest in covers. I'll wait until I get the next set.The plastic wrapped around the wires going from the ear piece to inside the band is wearing off entirely. The copper wires are exposed.For $169.99 Canadian, the price is okay. It works way better when you uninstall the Logitech hub.But, I wish it had better parts for the price. This is ideal for people with small heads.Update July 2024: 3.5 years later, it finally broke on both sides. The plastic bit at the end of the headband is broken open and if I'm not careful putting them on, they start to hurt my head like a pebble in a shoe. I reject the idea of using tape to hold it together because that solution always ends up with the cheap glue rubbing outward and sticking to everything.

I have been a long time customer with Logitech, for sure they were not the best at the time but fair product.

I have to say that those headphones are the best I have since a long long time.

Right out the box the sound is simply great, well balance, for sure it’s not an audiophile quality but for the price they are simply outstanding, I have rediscovered my game and on top my music !!!

The quality of the product itself is great, look solid, feel solid. The headphones are very comfortable, no pain, not to thighs or anything. Come with a spare kit of ear pad and a carry bag as well.

So far I have absolutely no bad thing to say about the product, I highly recommend it.

Have had one myself for 4 years now did have to get it warrantied in the beginning but Logitech made it painless and easy to do, and seemed in there newer model to fix the issues as they replaced my old unit with the newer model, I loved this headset so much that after my brothers 10 year old Logitech finally gave up the go I also bought him one as a gift and he is loving it too sound is amazing and the pc app is super useful. 10/10 would suggest

Overall/TL;DR - the headset out of the box isn't that great sound wise. However, once configured via software, it's one of the best headset experiences I've had so far.

I purchased this headset to be used with my desktop for playing games/listening to music/chatting with friends.

This headset by default has very raw sounding audio with no definition to it and it was so bad that I was about to return it. However, once you download their software and configure it (by either downloading already made profiles, or making your own), it then sounds amazing and is by far the best quality sound I've had yet (my last headset was a Razer Chroma V2). Once you've configured it, you can save the settings directly to the device itself so you don't have to reconfigure it if you change devices.

The microphone quality is absolutely amazing for a headset (yet again, it's much better when configured properly via their software). I play games and use Discord to talk with my friends and the first thing they mentioned was how much clearer my voice was compared to my last headset.

The construction of the headset seems robust and nothing on it feels cheap, my only complaint if anything is that I find it a little rigid and that makes me a little concerned about the longevity of it, but so far no issues.

I wear glasses, but despite that the headset is very comfortable! The sound is great, not tinny at all. Respectable bass and low end. It’s not a Razer headset, but the low end is there lol (those who have used a Razer headset will know what I’m talking about).

Before this I used HyperX Cloud II, and before that was the Razer Kraken. The Kraken had great low-end frequencies, the Cloud II’s have practically none and are “airy”, and this G Pro X is a fantastic middle ground!

If needed to, I’d consider buying another set of these before the other headsets I mentioned.

This headset is really impressive. With the right settings, the sound quality you can get out of it is insane. It doesn't have much bass by default, but if you're a bass fanatic, you can easily fix that in the software. Sound is very clear and fluid for a gaming headset. I wouldn't recommend using the surround sound feature though. It feels like the sound quality drops down by quite a bit when it's enabled.

The microphone is ordinary, but still impressive. Again, by default it isn't the best, but once you find just the right presets, you can literally make it sound like a Blue Yeti. It's very sturdy and is perfect for gaming.

As for comfort, if you have really big ears, they might touch the inside of the ear cup, but the inside is soft enough to not make it an issue. Clamping force is pretty good. Personally, it doesn't press down too hard on my head, but everyone has different shapes so it might be different for some people.

Overall quality is a strong 8.5/10. It definitely feels premium. Of course, it is indeed a 'bit pricey, but this headset will last you for a very long time.

I've owned 3 of these headphones in the last 3 years. They've all died within that time, without warning. First set the splitter adapter for PC was dead out of the box. I notified Logitech and, to their credit, they sent an entire replacement set. That replacement set lasted about another 9 months and then just stopped working. I figured I'd give them one more try and bought this last set in 2022 and as of 14 Sept 2024 they've now also just died.

Logitech used to make unpretentious, no-frills peripherals that had fantastic quality. Unfortunately, these headphones aren't that. For what these cost, steer clear. They sound great while they work, but they broke faster and more often than the earbuds I bought from a local dollar store.
