Product Description

Book #1 in the new Pine Harbour series from NYT and USA Today Bestselling Author Zoe York. Book #2 and #3 now available!

Six years. Two break ups. One divorce. They should be over each other.

Rafe Minelli knows better than to tell his wife no, particularly since they aren't married anymore. She can’t hightail it out of town, though, not when they’ve finally broken through the post-divorce cold war status quo.

Olivia Minelli needs to leave Pine Harbour. It’s just too hard to see Rafe moving on without her—even if he says he doesn’t want to. But when a new and exciting job falls into her lap, she needs to choose: protect her heart, or take the new job and risk getting emotionally entangled with her ex-husband. Again.

Book #2, Love in a Snow Storm, is out now. Rafe's little sister, Dani, has loved his best friend, Jake, for eight long years. This winter, she's finally going to get his attention or move on for good.

If you like Pine Harbour, you'll love Zoe's Wardham series as well!

Book Review For Love in a Small Town (Pine Harbour, #1)
by Zoe York I thoroughly enjoyed this touching story by Zoe York that is sad but heart warming erotic romance story.Ms York has given us a story that will suck you in and keep you there from start to finish ,and then leaves you wanting more from this author. Rafe and Olivia Minelli fell in love when he was stationed in London Ontario Canada for training for the OPP ,so they decided that before he was moved to the north in Pine Harbour, where he's also army reservist, But when you live in a small town of like 600 ,your fine it's boring ,because there no friends or no parties and your mother in law is forever Memling about something and everything. But when you husband works all the time and your alone you get bored and that's what happen to Olivia. But after 3 years and more arguing their marriage ended in divorce . But when you live in a small town and divorce you still see each other all the time. But their still very much in loved .But when Olivia see Rafe dating other women she decide ,that she needs to move out of town, because she can't stomach seeing him with other women. But Olivia is still determined not to fall in love with Rafe again ,because she still doesn't like being alone. I could go on and tell you more about this great story, but that would spoil it for you. I highly recommend that you read this great story ,you won't be disappointed.

I started reading this book only to realize it's set in my own backyard sort of. I'm in Sarnia and we travel up to Wiarton a few times a year to visit friends. Family also has a cottage by Lions Head. Great story about second chances at forever love. I was drawn in more than usual and I believe that it's because I'm so familiar with the area and setting of the book. Amazing job Zoe. I'll definitely be reading your other books.

A great new series starts with Rafe and Olivia's story. Their second chance at love story. It is a great start for this new series and Rafe and Olivia did a great job of introducing us to their home town. I loved that you could really feel the pull they had for each other from the start...you really want them to make it! I enjoyed some of the secondary characters as well and am looking forward to next installment

This was a wonderfully sad but heart warming erotic romance in a small town in Canada. Rafe and Olivia Minelli fell in love when Rafe was stationed in London Ontario during his OPP (police officer) training and decided quickly to get married before Rafe had to move back up north to Pine Harbour where he is also an army reservist. Unfortunately for both of them, the pressures of living in a small town of 600 people with no friends, an unfulfilling job as a diner waitress, a medelling mother in law and Rafe being a workaholic, after 3 wonderful years and another year of constant arguing, their marriage ended in divorce. Unfortunately, that means they see each other all the time in the small town and still feel very much in love with each other but nothing has really changed between them. When Olivia sees Rafe with a random woman who spent the night at his house after a night on the town and a broken down car, Olivia decides she needs to move out of the town to move on because she can't stand seeing Rafe move on with someone else. This just make Rafe decide that he doesn't want to move on though so he decides to woo her back. Olivia is determined not to fall for it though as she still cannot bear being home alone every weekend while Rafe is off working or on reservist maneuvers. Before she can make her plans to leave, a movie producer eating at the diner asks for information on a location scout for an upcoming movie they will be filming in Pine Harbour and Olivia decides she is perfect for the role.

This novel flowed so perfectly, I could not put it down and lost complete track of time. What I loved most about this novel though is the theme throughout of realizing that it isn't realistic in any relationship to expect your partner to be entirely responsible for your happiness.
