To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.

Excellent book. Recipes are mostly quick and simple to make, highly nutritious, and delicious to taste. Many things such as the ‘beyond lasagne’, ‘peanut butter balls’ and butternut squash salad have become staples in our home. Perfect for either those aspiring to plant-based food, or life long vegans. Highly recommend.
Hands down the best cookbook on my shelf. I use it almost daily. Deb’s recipes combine simple, whole-food ingredients in a way that maximizes both flavor and health. I also think she checks ingredient measurements before she publishes, which is rare. Check out in particular the sticky sesame cauliflower wings, the kale slaw and the handmade Twix bars: YUM!
