Great for tracking the children of the Loyalists,
Reviewed in the United States on December 18, 2018Verified Purchase
This work lists the known children of the American Loyalists, but it does NOT always show who the parents were. If you do not know the children's names, you will have to do some research to get the most out of this book.
It also lists the Loyalist Land Grants that those children received, allowing you to look up the actual documents in the Canadian Archives.
If you know what you are doing, this is a fantastic resource.

Had to return th book.

I thought this book was going to be a history of Ontario. Wrong. It was a list of Residents who lived in Ontario.
That was a disappointment because that was not what I expected.
Still love Amazon!

I have been using this at the library for years and owning a copy cuts down on travel. Also allows for use when the library is closed. Book arrived in very good condition
