MG Chemicals New and Improved Polylactic Acid or Polylactide (PLA) 3D printer filaments are manufactured under very strict quality controls to ensure consistant quality and a tight diameter tolerance accuracy. The spool hub has been enlarged to ensure a uniform winding of filament and the spool sides use stiff cardboard to reduce plastic waste. The PLA filament itself is made from high purity USA made PLA pellets that gives off a mild sweet smell when heated. PLA is an optimal choice for use in homes and schools. It does not require a heated print bed and easily adheres to masking tapes. MG Chemicals offers one of the largest selections of unique and vivid colors of 3D printer filaments in the market

Filament prints fine but the last spool of this stuff is the worst spun roll I've ever had - constantly binding. I can't leave it alone for more than two or three turns of the spool.
No popping, bubbles, moisture issues, etc. I want to try out some more exotic filaments next (it seems like these spools are endless, though!), but you can definitely consider me a returning customer as I will be picking some more up down the road (after I go through 2 of your spools!). As a side note, I use MG Chemical's 60/40 solder which is also great - they make a ton of stuff :)
Made some parts for other people. From quadcopter parts to pokemon figurines without issues. I have bought this more than once and haven't had a consistency problem.
The quality of prints is not the best, but it was ok for me. You have to print at higher temperature, for my printer 200-210 was the sweet spot.
The glow in the dark is not very powerful.
You can buy a spool and have some fun with your kids, but do not have great expectations.
