Have had this microwave for about a month now, bought it to replace my 20-year old Panasonic that had suddenly started taking much longer to heat. Chose this because it also has the convection/air fryer function. The 'regular' oven function works great - heats fast (minutes) and cooks well (chicken wings, roasted garlic) - very useful alternative to using a full oven. The microwave timer is set with a dial, and changes time increments as you pass 60 seconds, 5 min, etc. This is a bit annoying, but only because I am used to entering an exact number on the keypad of my last oven. Still getting used to the individual features and "quirks' of this oven, so I keep the manual close by. Clock very easy to set. Stainless steel interior is easy to clean, but recommend always covering the top of 'messy' food as the ceiling of the oven has an element, making it harder to access for cleaning.

It’s great reheating fries, pizza really anything! It’s $250 dollars cheaper then Best Buy on the exact same model number And it’s delivered to my door for free. I definitely recommend this to anyone.

I purchased this microwave after reading reviews online and doing research for energy efficient microwaves. There were more pros than cons and the reviews were excellent. The pros are: Ecosave mode to save energy when not in use, capacity was great (12 inch glass turntable incl), stainless steel front door, perfect size and weight for a medium sized kitchen, love the Sensor Reheat button for sensing the time to reheat leftovers (not good for sandwiches or burgers though), easy to read instructions right on the microwave, and microwave lights up when opened or microwaving. The cons are: noisy door opening and closing (prefer the push button), can only mute the noise for the beeping alarm for end of microwaving time. Overall, the price was right for this mid-sized energy efficient high power microwave as well as free shipping on Amazon.

The box had side damage, but did not damage the microwave. The item was well packaged. We purchased to replace old microwave, was a bonus that this had the air fryer. A little of a learning curve to use, but watched a you tube video 1st, which really helped. Tried the air fryer last night to make chicken wings, I put parchment paper in the basket/tray, which helped with clean up. Did the wings at 400, for 12 min each side, turned out perfect. If you're short on counter space, like myself, and didn't want another appliance taking up limited space, I would recommend this unit.

The microwave portion works OK, but the other settings, broil, airfry etc, don't get hot enough. I cooked a sausage for 1/2 hour and it was still raw.
Also when I received the box was smashed a bit but the only damage was a small ding on the handle. I should have returned immediately but we were moving so didn't get a chance to test. Also it is very difficult to operate. I needed the manual beside it, even after 2 weeks.
My husband wouldn't even try it. Once I figured out how bad it was I
couldn't return. I'm tossing in the garbage and buying an inexpensive toaster oven and a small microwave not Toshiba

I previously purchased the larger 1.6c Toshiba microwave, but it was HUGE, and very cumbersome to move and fit anywhere, despite taking careful measurements before purchasing, but even worse, you could not see the keypad at all because it was black with gray numbers, needless to say, it was returned and this microwave was purchased to replace it. I can't express how much easier it is to see the keypad for this microwave oven. This oven fits better, it doesnt have that huge "bulge" in the back of it that they never include in the measurement specs, and it us super quiet, you can barely hear it operating. It also has twice the presets that the larger more expensive oven had.
It cooks really well, and is noticeably more powerful than our old 1000w microwave.
I cant find anything to complain about with this oven, so I will recommend it.
