We all enjoy a good story about how to manifest the life of our dreams.This book of personal stories by 17 co-authors is a lively account of how to create a fulfilling and abundant life.

Chris Spink's contribution, "Feeling Good Is the Key to Everything You Want", is at the heart of personal happiness.

It's so simple, yet so illusive: decide to feel good first and the world will change to match your feelings.

The one thing that we do have control over is our thoughts. And, with consistent practice, we can change our thoughts and thus our reality. It doesn't happen overnight, but it does happen.

This collection of stories will join the rapidly growing number of feel good/manifest your life books out there now and, in my view, we can use every one of them. If we want to create a more peaceful, loving world then we need to be often reminded of these ancient truths in a modern context.

I found the chapter titled, 'Feeling Good is the Key to Everything You Want' exciting because it inspires hope. Most people believe they have no control over what they do or don't want in life, but this chapter provides very simple steps on how to manifest your dreams and desires simply by watching how we feel at any given time. It has made me more conscious of my thoughts and how they make me feel. If the thought doesn't make me feel good, I will find one that does. This book is a great read and I would highly recommend it to any anyone.

I enjoyed reading this book for several reasons. It has 17 different personal stories by the authors, so everyone can get something out of it. Plus, each chapter shares a piece of wisdom unique to the author's experience. Because the stories are short, you can pick it up at any time you need an emotional lift or pick-me-up. Samantha's chapter was quite enlightening as I had not realised that depression could be such a lifelong struggle. I think she made a good point about learning to ask for help as well - we find it so difficult to admit we need help, but if we allowed others to help in times of need, we would all be better off.

An informative read that truly activates inspiration and hope within oneself. I especially enjoyed Dr. Joe chapter "How to Have Sex with Your Brain" as it not only explains to readers the mechanics behind how our brain functions but also delves into the importance of maintaining a positive outlook on life - negative thinking does have a physiological impact on our bodies, mind and brain via chemistry, hormones etc. Manifesting a better life for ourselves begins with us and this book helps maintain that positive outlook we should all strive for. I would truly recommend this book to all my friends and family.

This book is inspirational, the kickstart I needed to achieve a fresh outlook on life. Patricia's story was relatable and well written. The chapter "How to have sex with your Brian" was captivating, educational and achievable. I have applied the mediation, and multi sensory techniques into my routine and they have helped me stay focused on desired tasks and clear my mind. I reached out to Dr. Joe to try Mindfit and it is the real deal. To this day, Mindfit helps me with relaxation, mind body connect, breathing, staying focus (etc.).
