Small space wire prevents escaping. Base clips and door lock keep cage securely locked down. High sides on base keeps mess to a minimum. Large door makes it easy to access inside cage.

Not worth the money at all. $337!!!!! Really? Arrives bent with sharp metal edges to cut you. Metal parts of cage don't fit into the holes made for them on the base. Door is warped. 4 sides of cage part don't meet leaving gap on corners. Metal bars are scraped. I haven't even opened the other parts. What's the point. I really don't blame Amazon packaging. Their box was so huge it had to be disposed of in order to move at all. ( it was delivered to my work) The original packaging was poor. I can't even throw this out in condo garbage. It's too big.
